- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — even before the event starts — unless bgt99 permits it under special circumstances.

- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bgt99 reserves the right to void that bet and the stake will be refunded.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be returned to your wallet.
- bgt99 is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disruptions during live betting. It is the user's responsibility to ensure a stable connection.
- Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
Bgt99's decision on all betting outcomes is final. If you wish to dispute a result, please contact our support team within 72 hours.
Cash Out Feature: If a cash out option is available on a live bet, you may use it. However, the cash out amount is determined by bgt99 and may be less than the original potential winnings.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals

- The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum limits may vary depending on the method.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days. bKash and Nagad transfers are generally completed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
- The deposit and withdrawal method must match. If you deposit via bKash, withdrawals must also be made through bKash.
- Transactions through third-party accounts or credit cards are not permitted. All transactions must be made from your own account.
